Nature of This Website

This is an independent reference site. It does not hold official jail or court records and cannot verify a person's current custody status. Its operators cannot release a person, change an agency record, accept a records request for an agency, file a court paper, or speak for a public office.

Pages point visitors toward government sources and other research tools that may help locate Martin County custody and release information. A link or description is a route to a source, not an official finding or a promise that a record exists.

Acceptable Use Rules

You may use the site only in a lawful, respectful way that does not harm other people, the service, or its systems. By continuing, you agree that you will not:

Custody statuses and public records can change without notice. Nothing published here is an official statement from BSRDC, a sheriff, a court, Kentucky DOC, the Bureau of Prisons, or any other agency. Confirm key facts with the office that created the record.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Martin County Released Inmates, its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from access to, reliance on, inability to use, or use of this site or an outside resource. Kentucky Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that may properly be brought in court must be filed in a court with jurisdiction in Kentucky.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable while preserving its purpose.
