Kentucky records are divided by agency. Big Sandy Regional Detention Center documents local booking and release events for ordinary Martin detainees. Kentucky DOC operates KOOL for state custody and supervision. Martin court files hold the orders behind many custody changes, while BOP handles releases from USP Big Sandy and its camp. This site puts those official paths, request steps, and contact points in a clear order.
